3cm, 40% Effaced, & Contracting Every 3-4 mins?

Hey mamas,
I was sent home at 3am, this morning, even though I am contracting every 3-4 minutes. I am 37W1D and was at 3cm and 40% effaced but my OB said baby is still high and cervix is soft. She said that even though I am contracting enough, they aren't intense enough. 
I am already a mom of 2, and on no sleep now. Is there anything I can do get things moving? I can't be on no sleep for the next week with contractions this close and hurting. Napping is not an option with my 2 kids, and hubby works 2nd shift.

Keep moving and let gravity help you!! Walking, lunges, curb walking, bouncing on a birth ball, sex, nipple stimulation. Make sure you're well hydrated, eat the best you can to give you more energy, and try to rest when you can. Not sure who your kids are staying with while you labor, but maybe they could take them early so you can try to relax? It'll be easier for your body to progress the more you can calm your body and mind.

Oh you poor thing! I'm so afraid this will be me! I've got a 3 year old and I'm not sleeping well already, like 4 hrs a night tops... and i was in prodromal labor fpr.3 days with my first before going in and basically being induced... my midwife gave me a hand out that had some reccomendations like nipple stimulation/pumping for 10 min, both nipples, twice a day starting at 37 wks. Our drinking red raspberry leaf tea 2 or 3 cups a day at 37 wks and evening primrose capsules, 3000mg by mouth at 37 wks.
