PMDD fix
I wanna help people who havs this because i know how lonely it can feel, i was in this group on reddit and someone had claimed to "cure" their PMDD i was interested becuase we all think theres no way of fixing it. Well i was wrong, she went to her doctor and she told her she was probably low on vitamins like magnesium, B12 and D. She continued to say that she took 1 of these every night and when she got the hell week it was 10x better she got emotional but she was in control. I definitely had to try it, i have been taking them for a month. Hell week arrives and i didnt believe it almost as if i had just normal pms symptoms. If your wanting to try here is the tips.
