Just a little positivity...

I ordered some hair clippers for my husband for Father’s Day from Target. I have a Red Card, so I get free 2 day shipping. Even throughout the pandemic, I haven’t had any issues with their shipping being delayed.

I ordered the clippers on the 10th, and as of today they still hadn’t shipped. I contacted customer service to figure out what the deal was, because my husband really needs a hair cut, so we need them ASAP.

The customer support person was SO kind. He was incredibly apologetic. He let me know that UPS is short staffed, which is why the item hasn’t been picked up from the Target location yet. He apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Then I was issued a FULL refund of $87 plus a $5 gift card! He told me to consider it a Father’s Day gift from Target.

They have refunded smaller items before, and their customer service has always been incredible, however today just blew my mind! I can’t wait to send them lots of love and great reviews online! ❤️
