Mucus plug / discharge?

first time mom. 30+5 with twins. Is this my mucus plug or just discharge? Wiped again after and completely dry.

Could be a little of both. 🤷‍♀️
Your mucus plug sheds and regenerates throughout pregnancy. Really nothing to worry about unless it’s bloody (that’d be the “bloody show” which usually is a sign of labor happening really soon)... but also wouldn’t be something to worry about once you’re so far along.

Just normal discharge, mucus plug will look like something's you blew out of your nose be thick and can be clear white or yellow thick and stretchy and its the blood tinged or pink that is important when losing it.
