Looks like you ovulated earlier to me (cd13) but wonder if ff is going off other data you input?

CD 13 when there was a temp shift. All your temps after that have stayed higher! Hopefully next month you can BD around that time and see the temp shift. Only after a couple of months you realise roughly when the temp shift is about to happen. Good luck :)

Cd 13 by temps alone, but because of fertile cm coming after ovulation, FF probably thinks you ovulated then. I personally like to go by temps over cm when they disagree.
