Any Vaginal Birth Twin Moms?

Question

Just found out I'm having twins and I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with vaginal birth?
Or if you were hoping for a vaginal birth, but had complications that let to a cesarean?
I want to hear the good and the bad!

I delivered my twins vaginally. Zero complications and took me a total of 20 minutes to deliver them both.

At first I had an ob that told me she would only do c sections for twins so I switched doctors and I told her I wanted to deliver them vaginally even if b is breech and she agreed saying she could try to manually flip the baby. They were both breech until 33 weeks and at 35+5 they were both head down. 
When I got into the OR i pushed A out and the ob put her hand inside me to help guide B down into my birth canal. When we felt the head engage then she put a back on my tummy and we had a bonding moment. Theh took baby Then I felt i needed to push, she grabbed this hook to break the water, I pushed one time and b was born! Within 5 min of eachother. Then you birth the placentas and get cleaned up.

I had a vaginal delivery of both of my mono/di twins at 36w5d ♥️ they had both been head down since 28 weeks, I believe? It all went really smoothly. I did have an epidural, which helped me to be so calm during the delivery. I couldn't feel ANY contractions or pain, so I had to be guided by nurses on when and how hard to push. All I could feel was a VERY intense pressure when they were coming out 😅 my twins came out 40 minutes apart, weighing 5lbs 9oz and 5lbs 2oz! I pushed for about an hour with baby A (his head got stuck and they almost had to use a vacuum) and baby B just seriously slid right out in less than a minute. I didn't tear at all. It was a really great experience for me and I would say go for it if you can!! Congratulations!!

I was induced at 38wk2days. I went in and was already 4cm dilated to start with. All they had to do to kick start labor was break my water. 
Both babies were head down so I was thinking csection was on the lower chance of things. 
I had an epidural placed just Incase I should have to have a csection though as I wanted the meds to go through that if possible verses having to be put under. 
Twin A was born vaginally, went so smoothly. Then came time for twin B to be born so they broke my water for him.. well, he malpositioned on us. Started to decent shoulder first. They ultrasounded and attempted to externally reposition him. Even attempted to push shoulder back. At one point his elbow started to come first too... unfortunately his noggin was stuck to the side up in my pelvis and he wasn’t positioning to come out due to the strong contractions. So I went into csection. They monitored his heart rate and luckily we were able to go through epidural for medications as he was tolerating everything well. 
Once I was numbed up, they performed the incision. He had to have a vacuum to his noggin to get him out of the incision site as he wouldn’t let the doctors get ahold of him. 
So I am recovering from a vaginal and cesarean birth. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks out. I’m still not back to normal and I know that that’s normal, but it’s still frustrating. Vaginally I feel like that’s fine, but this csection is a whole new thing for me. My two older kids were both vaginal deliveries after all. I’m still taking ibuprofen and finding icing to be needed.

Haven’t given birth yet (36+1 with di/di twins) but both babies are head down and the plan is vaginal delivery, I’m also 4cm dilated but no labor yet.. I’ve had an uncomplicated pregnancy this time around and a successful vaginal delivery with my first so my doctor is confident that things will go well. Which is super good as I’m absolutely terrified of a c-section.

I wanted to do a vaginal birth. I had 1 baby head down, and the other was head up with this feet going under his brothers head. I know it sounds weird, but one baby was blocking the other. I could of waited and tried to get them to move positions, but my doctor was worried because of my iron levels, dehydration and swelling, so he recommended getting a csection.

So I ended up having c section for my twins after planning for a vaginal birth . My advice is stay open to change of plans and prepare for everything ! I had Baby A head down and Baby B transverse with plans to deliver her breech if that’s the way she flipped. I talked to several doctors and ALL said that if I chose vaginal that a delivery of breech baby B was the only way they’d do it NOT an attempt to flip baby B to head down. There are differnt types of breech though. Read about that and decide what you think. I have no idea what I’ll do next time I have a baby the c section was kind traumatic but the vaginal birth I did not end up having could have been worse - I ended up having mine early and baby B was so small they were worried a vaginal birth would squeeze her in a risky way so we skipped that.
