I have severe anxiety and contamination OCD along with downright insane thoughts due to the both. Im honestly having a break down right now due to the fact im not able to go to my therapist because I live with my grandma and shes very old and at risk of this COVID 19 virus.

Ill get to the point.

I went out shopping at the mall and grocery stores and clothing stores with my mother and when we got home I got straight in the shower.

Right there was my first mistake. Getting into the shower RIGHT after getting home.

And then to clean my vagina I set the shower - head onto the massage mode where it jets out water really fast and hard and let that shoot up into my vagina and such.

Right there was my second mistake.

Im scared of these two things because im scared while we were out that somehow I got sperm on me and showering and using the shower head to shoot water up inside my vagina pushed the sperm that I think got on me in the stores into my womb and now Ill become pregnant.

Im also scared because before I got into the shower I quickly tried on some pants and a bathing suit that I had bought while we were out without washing them to make sure they fit.

Im scared of that because what if they had sperm on them. Im scared that they had sperm on them and on the crotch or on the inside crotch of them either from a guy or from a girl who had a guy cum in her trying them on and the sperm getting on them or the crotch of them or the inside of the crotch of them that way.

I know how insane I sound and how this sounds like a troll post but I swear on everything this is not. IM IN A STATE OF PANIC.

please help me! Im so scared ill become pregnant now... Please please help me.

Will I become pregnant from this? Im just so frickin scared and I need help.

I know you all will say see my therapist but I cant right now that is why I have come here.
