When can I slowly introduce my baby to whole milk? She is 10 months. I know they say til a year old, but why? Just curious. I’d never do anything to hurt my baby.
Has anyone ever started on regular milk earlier than 1?
My husband was eating cookies and milk and he gave her a little sip and she kept wanting more (he didn’t give)
