Hello all! My husband and I have been trying for over a year to get pregnant with no luck. I'm 27 and he's 33 and we've been married for 2 years now.

I went to my ob/gyn office a couple weeks ago and found out I don't ovulate correctly and that I have multiple cysts on my ovaries. (I'm still very regular but my periods only last 2 days and are very light.) And my husband had his semen analysis a few after my appointment and we just got his results back today and they weren't the greatest. He has low sperm and low motility. So my doctor told us to go straight to a fertility doctor. So I'm needing some support and to find out what I'm in store for at the fertility doctor. Also is <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> our only options or did your doctor say/do something different. Also, is there anything we can do to help this process??
