Expensive Breastpumps. Are they worth it?

Hey guys, I am wondering if expensive breastpumps such as Medela or 
Motif Luna work better then the electric breastpumps under $150. My insurance was covering both for free with 0 copay but for something like Evenflo Electric breastpump which was $150 and under they were charging me a $25 copay... I am trying to understand if the expensive ones dont work as well what could be the reason behind this.
I wanna know what do you guys think... and also what is your favorite breastpump and why?

I watched multiple YouTube reviews and went with the Luna Motif for myself.

Some are, some arent. Depends on the pump. 
Baby Buddha and Spectra are worth every penny though.

I love Medela but it depends on what model you use. Personally the ones at the hospital were great for me. Everyone is different, I bought a pump on Amazon the Specta2 (I think it was called, sad, this was only 2 years ago) and the suction was to hard (I'm pretty sensitive, I guess).

I hated my Medela... my evenflo was better to me. But I stopped pumping early on anyways.
