Feeling like I have to throw up every minute nausea bad slight  stomach pain slight cramps bad back pain today thing is I just came off my cycle 2 days ago and yesterday I was spotting pink blood little dot I had dez the first day of my period and a few through out it but isn't it to early to be pregnant ?
