Hi girls

I need some help how to do this. I am 7+3 day today and i picked to miscarriage naturally vs DNC. My embryo is measuring 6+3 weeks and as I expected no HB. I had low rising HCG and was pretty sure this was coming but doctor kept pushing because he saw gestational sac and fetal pole.

Now I stooped my meds yesterday and waiting. What can I expect. It is painful? How long is bleeding or cramping? I am worried what if it happened while I am at work? Just can’t think straight. Thank you in advance
