Did you get acne after starting veganism?

Hello! I went vegan about 3 weeks back. I feel great and everything has been going good- I’m taking a vegan prenatal and probiotic to make sure I’m getting all my vitamins as I’m not great yet with fresh fruits and veggies as my main source of food. I’m relying a lot on a few recipes like rice and beans, pea protein shakes, and a lot of avocados.

I’m drinking plenty of water and am using the same skin care routine I always have, which has done me fairly well. I don’t eat a ton of soy - I’m not fond of tofu, I drink almond milk, and really only eat soy as soy sauce.

What’s going on? Is this connected to my diet change? Should I be concerned about hormonal imbalances? We are TTC.
