Need help reading BBT results(PCOS)
Im quite new to bbt and Im struggling to understand how to properly read my results. I have PCOS so I was on pills for some months preventing my period to come. I stopped them 2 months ago and still waiting for my period to arrive so no app can assist me in reading when i ovulated. Im taking Cabergoline so I should stop it if i get pregnant. Can anyone help me to read my bbt as till now it has never went above 98.6 and it did today.
