When to start Premama? Help!

Hi ladies! So I just picked up the premama drink mix. I was wondering when I should start? Currently cd 23 with no ovulation. Opks not even close to positive, creamy cm, and low bbt. I’m already on vitex to help with irregular cycles. Should I wait until CD 1? The problem is I never know when I ovulate or if I will 🤷🏻‍♀️ just wondering if I will screw things up even more if I start today. Any advice??

I think your supposed to start the first day of your period if you have a regular cycle. If not then you can start it any day according to the directions

Do whatever is easiest for you to remember. Of cycle day 1 is it - do that. Then you can remember what did that cycle etc
