What are ways to get rid of vaginal odor and excessive discharge.

I work at a pharmacy, a lot of woman use rephresh probiotic. It balances ur ph and helps maintain healthy bacteria. I have a problem with sweating and I use a deodorant like fds or summers eve. :)

Douching is not good for you, it washes out all the healthy bacteria in there. People say the vagina is a "self-cleaning oven" for a reason! Your discharge might be totally normal, so ask your doctor. They can tell you if something is wrong or if you should just change your diet.
