Foot pain

So since I’ve been working more (5 days a week) my feet have been absolutely killing me. I got Fila non slips for work (I had to) but my feet hurt even during my 2 days off and especially if I don’t have shoes on I limp around the house because they hurt so bad. I’ve thought of going to the dr scholls thing where you stand on the machine and it tells you what you need for your specific feet. My mom says they’re like $100 but my bf says they’re like $50 . My mom says I can get gel inserts for my shoes. I just want some relief so I’m not in pain on my days off.

I’m already dealing with back pain too, I’m only 19 and I feel like I’m 80 😂
