My 9 year old gets carsick. It’s not bad, and she typically doesn’t throw up. But she gets nauseous on every car ride and it will leave her with headaches, stomachaches, and dizziness for a while. We make sure she has lots of cold air, cold water, anything else she needs. But on trips longer than 10-15 min always gets an upset stomach.

I don’t want to give her Dramamine every time we go somewhere, but I think it’s getting worse recently.

Any ideas to help treat more naturally or safely? I know Dramamine isn’t dangerous, but I don’t want to use it excessively.
