Monday afternoon I went out for a drive with my daughter (7) we were on our way home, 2 streets shy from our home when I got dizzy and blanked out, and hit a tree. My car is completely totaled but my daughter and I walked away without a single scratch. I was taken to the trauma center at our hospital where I began to have contractions and was put under observation. Within an hour my contractions were 3-4 minutes apart with no dilating so I was sent in for an emergency csection. My little 36 week old baby girl was born at 10:15 pm and weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces. She had to be sent to the NICU due to excess fluid in the lungs but she is doing so well and off of all the machines. We finally get to go home tomorrow.
