3 Dominant Follicles should I cancel or have sex?

Question

So I've been stimming for 23 days and I've finally reached the point where my follicles have grown.
The problem is now I have 3 follicles. 2 on my left and 1 on my right .
The Dr has ordered me to trigger shot but has left the decision of whether or not I have sex and risk the chance of multiples.
What should we do? Who has had 3 follicles and only conceived 1 or none? All stories welcome.

I had a 22, a 22, and a 17 mm follicles and triggered. I had one healthy baby boy!

I took 100mg of clomid my first month and produced 4 mature follicles on the left side and 2 on the right. She gave the option to do a trigger but I was like I think ima let nature take its course on this one. I ended up having two surges and I think I ovulated in the second. We didn’t get anything that month.
