I want to quit because I’m ttc and I know smoking is counterproductive.

I’ve been smoking for about 3-4 years and I want to quit I’ve tried before but with stress and cravings it’s not easy . I want to be done for good but cold turkey doesn’t work for me I’m open to any tips and suggestions . I averagely smoke about 9 cigarettes a day limited myself down to 4 but then yesterday practically finished a pack of 20 . I’m a Chainsmoker .

Some people have told me organic cigarettes like herbal ones might help . Has anyone tried those or recommend a specific method like patch over gum or specific brand of herbal cigarettes.
