Bacteria Vaginosis

I’ve been dealing with recurring BV for awhile now and it just doesn’t want to go away. This is very depressing and stressful. The smell is horrible and it’s interfering with my sex life. It causes me to have a bad attitude and I’m constantly in a bad mood. I’m completely unhappy. I’m trying for a baby and when I went to Google (which is never a good thing) it says BV can cause infertility so I’m super afraid, stress, and nervous. Anyone else dealing with this issue? How do you cope? Any recommendations? I’m pretty sure my doctor is going to prescribe metronidazole pill, which tastes like poison. I’m desperate. Please help me! 😢
