I called the hospital around 7pm with contractions every 5 min for half an hour (they were consistent earlier too but 10 min apart) and told to head to the hospital. It took a while for the triage nurse to come in but got the heart rate monitor and contraction monitor attached to my belly. It detected 5 more contractions within about 30 min of wearing it, but they varied in intensity. The doctor took FOREVER to come in and check for dilation. Still not dialated (last checked 2 days prior), but my effacement went from 30% days ago to 50% today.

We were sent home.

We just want to have our kid.
