I feel like it becomes my business when i have to see it. I would make it very clear that if i  see it again im going to report it to hr.

Not my monkey, not my circus. I do not get involved in other peoples matters. Sometimes if you tell the wife, she can attack you instead of him. There’s something called, don’t kill the messenger, not everyone reacts the same to things. I wouldn’t get involved, I wouldn’t tell your boss, I wouldn’t try and get them in trouble, because they can make your life hell. Some people will take it out on you, attack you, like you are the home wrecker if you tell the wife. I would stay out of it. They are grown adults, and if he wants to risk his marriage, that’s his decision. Not everyone is appreciative of you telling them what’s going on. This is exactly why when there’s a domestic call with police, multiple police officers show up, because when the cops try and take him away, After he’s beat her up, she flips out and attacks the police officer for trying to take them away.￼￼

I studied about whistleblowing in Psychology and how it is generally unlikely for anyone to report something that may be wrong, despite it may be the morally right thing to do. 
A lot of people tend to keep quiet thinking it is none of their business, but being the wife I’d want to know, and it is completely inappropriate to be doing things like this at work too. 
I wouldn’t stand for it and would report it, as well as reach out to the wife.
