Anybody have tender breast 7DPO ? It’s not a pms sign so it has me wondering

I’m 5 DPO and I just tried to eat a burrito bowl for lunch and I got so nauseous and threw up in my mouth after a bite of 
Guacamole and I love guacamole we had burritos last night and I had guacamole ￼with no problem￼￼.
