My laptop stopped charging a few weeks ago so recently I finally got around to ordering a new charger. It gets here two days later and right away I plug it in because I need to catch up on some stuff. Well, it didn't charge my laptop so my next guess was that it was the battery itself that needed to be replaced.

I again, go on Amazon and order a new battery. It gets here two days later and I switch out the battery, plug in the charger, and nothing. I even tried it with my old charger just to be sure. So this obviously means that the laptop is broken beyond what I can do to fix it (which is replacing stuff) and if I want to get anywhere with it I'm going to have to take it into a repair shop or have my dad talk to one of his friends to see if they can fix it. Both are terrible options.

I got this laptop December 2017, so it's not that old. I don't know if it was bought brand new or what since it was a gift. I'm seriously annoyed, I've been having issues with it for over a year and I guess it finally gave out on me.

Idk what I'm supposed to do. I do important stuff on my laptop and can't afford to fix it or get a new one
