Letrozole stories?

Just wondering about success stories with this? I ovulate on my own already, but my doctor thinks this will help. I’m on the 2.5mg for cycle days 3-7 and then going in for progesterone testing.  I know that It can take a couple cycles to conceive. But after 3 years of trying I’m hoping for some success stories!

I’ve done 13 medicated cycles, 6 of Clomid, 7 of Femara. We just did Femara, Trigger & IUI, had chemical. Waiting for period. Believe we’re doing surgery first than trying medicated IUI again.

I am on my first cycle with femara and IUI. I also ovulate on my own but doctor thinks it can help. I’m doing 5mg, got an ultrasound this Friday to see how my follicles looks. Hoping this works, been ttc for almost two years now.
