TMI - IUI

First time posting so I hope I’m doing this right.

TTC naturally for 6+ yrs. our first round of IUI didn’t take, right before Covid shut everything down. We did our 2nd round of IUI two weeks ago. I’ve been feeling symptoms that are new to me ever since the IUI (very sore/tender breasts, increased frequency to pee, extremely tired, etc) and was hopeful. Planned to test this weekend but got my period yesterday.

Emptied my menstrual cup this morning and saw this. I’ve never had clots before and this looks like more than just blood to me. Am I having an early miscarriage??
