Is he even worth my time ?

I recently matched with this guy on tinder that I vaguely know about because we have mutual friends and followers and I think he’s really cute but there are a few red flags. When we matched I messaged him like two weeks ago and I still have no response later in the first week of us matching I followed his Instagram because he put it in his bio. He followed me back but I’m not sure if he knows it’s me because I don’t have pictures on my Instagram at the moment and I only posted on my story with half my face. I then waited another week (I know that seems crazy) but I just asked if he ever gets a chance to just hit me up that was all. Now it’s been three or maybe even four weeks since we matched and he never messaged me back on tinder. I hope I don’t come off as crazy but I just like him. I don’t wanna push the envelope even further and dm him on Instagram but right now I’m kind of confused. I know it’s something I shouldn’t dwell on but what would you do?
