2cm cyst

Any nurse friends on here?

I just started TTC #2- and my period is a month late. My doctor just found a cyst on my right ovary- I have a consult on the 29th. Is this something that will permanently affect my fertility? I hate having to wait this long. I had to have endometriosis removed in order to have my son- (very small amount) so I’m nervous this will set me back again.
