Yesterday when I wiped I noticed what looked like a tiny part of my mucus plug I didn’t

really think much of it since it wasn’t much..This morning I woke up and was having sharp pains near my inner thigh like every 5-10 mins and just now I had went to the restroom and wiped and noticed a tinge of blood and I’m still having sharp pains just not as much. Should I be worried? I found babies heart beat w/ my doppler & it’s still a bit early I’m only 32 weeks & 4 days.. any thoughts??
