Family issues, please read I need support I'm breaking down.

So my father is a drug addict, cocaine. He has been my whole life. He has been in and out of jail, I have been molested and he did nothing about it. My mother is a drug addict also. They never got married so I switched off between the two until my aunt took me in at 12. He never paid child support, never gave me money for school clothes or the doctor. My stepmom is a geologist so she makes good money and I'm on her insurance. I was in a horrible car accident in May and since then have had 3 spine surgeries. On top of that I have PCOS, depression, anxiety, and a hypoactive thyroid. I NEED my health insurance. I stopped talking to my dad all together in June because he refused to give me money for glasses, I needed them because I was about to have surgery and would be in the hospital a while and know I wouldn't want to deal with contacts. He has never apologized for anything he's done to me and blames me for everything.  I'm 19, I have no job, neither does my SO, so I can't support myself right now. He sent me this text today
