Spotting/passing tissue

I’ve been spotting lately my ob said it’s implantation bleeding. I have passed small tissue that have me worried and also my spotting has turned from light pink to dark brown. I have a appointment on Wednesday morning so now im just scrolling trying to read similar stories as mine. Could this still be a healthy pregnancy or a miscarriage?
