Has anyone tried using a yoga ball during their 3rd trimester?😊

I’ve been using one since 28 ish weeks! I’ve had lots of lower back & hip pain this pregnancy, it helps a lot to sit on the ball and roll my hips. It also doesn’t hurt that baby boy has already moved super super low, hoping that that makes a difference once it’s go time 🤞🏼

Been using it since even before I was pregnant. But I do a lot of yoga and other workouts that involve the ball.

I have started using one since I hit 30 weeks and it has helped relieve some of my hip pains but baby girl sure has started to get comfy further down the canal already. I asked if that was a bad thing she said no that if anything it helps me out in the long run. Which I'm excited for as she will be our last and can't wait for it to be at the finish line 😁
