So I live in a small town that does t have a leash law. My husband and I our 2 yo and 7mo often play outside in our yard. (Shouldnt be a big deal right)

Our next door neighbor has a large German shepherd mix that has shown agression toward us a couple of times in our own yard. My husband distantly works with the owner so hes bwen trying to catch him to discuss the dog issues with him but hasnt been able to.

Well tonight my husbands family came over and he has a 9yo little sister. She and my 2yo were playing in our back yard and the dog tried to attack her.

Needless to say we will be contacting our city animal control Monday.

Its terrifying. What if the dog had more seriously hurt her. Or gone for our small child or anything. Sorry but no second chances
