Did someone ever had a scan, saw one baby and the next scan showed twins?

Yes, my scan from 5 weeks & 6 weeks showed 1 baby & sac but at my 8 week scan it showed 2 sacs with babies and heartbeats

My twins didn’t show up on my abdominal scan at 7 weeks because I have an inverted uterus. She actually could only make out a sac at that point. I went in for some spotting at 9 weeks and they did a internal ultrasound and that’s when we saw them!

Yes, 6 and 7 weeks scans showed 1 baby, 8 weeks scan there were 2 babies.
