First month tracking BBT, help!

This is my first month tracking BBT on a very regular 28 day cycle. I have also been using clear blue digital advanced OPK. I have had 10 high fertility days with no peak. My BBT also seems to suggest I haven’t ovulated. I know it can take months to see a pattern. Do you agree that I haven’t ovulated or do you think it was when the chart went down? There is so much conflicting information on google. Some say as little as .2 degree shift can suggest ovulation 😡

This doesn't show ovulation has happened yet unfortunately. You want at least three temps in a row which are higher than the previous six to confirm ovulation has happened. Are you temping correctly? Using a BBT thermometer under your tongue or vaginally? Sleeping with your mouth open, not getting at least three hours sleep and not taking your temp at the same time everyday before doing anything else can all impact your chart.

Thanks. I don’t think so either. I take my temp within 15 mins give or take everyday. I do wake up a lot at night though. I don’t get up and walk around but I wake up, check the time and go back to sleep. I assume that between the OPK and the BBT that maybe this is an off month. I’m TTC no 2. I didn’t do any of this for our first.

If you want a better overview than what google can give you, read “taking charge of your fertility” by Toni Weschler. It’s the BBT bible lol.
