Could I be?

Wonder if I could be pregnant. Need some advice.

A little about me. I have pcos. I had twins in 2014 but went through 8 months of fertility treatments to conceive them. I then had a baby 7 months ago with no help of treatments. I was on bc but stopped because it was making me bleed every other week. My last period was the end of April. In may I had brown discharge for 2 days then nothing. Took home test and all negative.

Well this past monday I had light pink spotting only when I wiped then nothing. Then yesterday i had brown discharge but by the time i went to bed everything was back to normal.

What do you ladies think. I want another baby.
