Anyone have irregular cycles post coming off birth control long term? I've never had a heavy period.. Now I spot during ovulation and then again for a few days before my period then I cramp for one day have moderate bleeding ... Then nothing. Been off the pill almost six months now after 10 years consecutive usage.
