pregnant & scared again :(

anyone was on Mirena IUD for 3 years and had it remove then after a year and a few months accidentally got pregnant but around 5 weeks and a few days had a miscarriage but also didn't have implantation bleeding?

i believe IUD causes miscarriages because before i had it. i had a normal healthy pregnancy and never had a miscarriage. i know doctors supposed to tell you that this is normal WHWN IS REALLY NOT NORMAL!!
