No menstrual negative test
My period is a week late, I've taken 2 home test and they come back negative, even the hospitals urine tests came back negative. My breasts are sore, I'm having lower abdominal pain (very different from cramps) and more to the right side, I had a brown spotting for a day, nauseousness, dizziness, and fatigue. Could I be pregnant finally?
