14 weeks and headaches
I'm just curious how you ladies work while feeling horrible. I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant and working from home due to Covid. My main/worst symptom has been headaches. I take tylenol but it doesn't always help. I drink water, caffeine, electrolytes, nothing seems to help. These headaches randomly appear and randomly disappear but when I have one, its the worst headache ever. My dr says its normal so won't give me any type of excuse for work. And I feel like calling out atleast once a week is unprofessional. My manager knows I'm pregnant, but never had kids, so I don't want her thinking I'm overreacting and unreliable. I feel like I have a pretty high pain tolerance but when it comes to headaches I just want to curl up in a little ball and cry. 😭
