Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are TTC and pretty early into the journey - I picked up Pink Stork Hers & Him Fertility Supplements after reading the great reviews. Have any of you taken them? Thoughts? Feedback? All is appreciated!

I dont think any of that stuff is needed until youve been trying 6 plus months, you have irregular cycles or pcos etc. as long as your eating healthy drinking lots of water and both taking a vitamin daily nothing else is needed! A lot of the otc fertilty teas, pills etc have been shown to actually mess up a womens normal cycle and make things harder. I would try a couple months without all that and use opk i like the pregmate brand on amazon they work perfectly and you can get a box with ovulation strips and pregnancy strips!
