Where should I start?

Since being in quarantine, my snack levels have increased and my motivation to move has decreased. I'm not overweight, but my weight gain is noticable. Most of my jeans are unforgiving and leave me feeling horrible about myself.

My friends tend to share pictures of us whenever they pop up on snapchat, and it sad to see how much skinner I was back then. My fiance has even commented on my recent weight gain, and although he tries to say it in a way that is lighthearted, it still hurts.

I am 5'11 and 179lbs. Any advice is wanted, from apps to videos to meal prep.
