Does anyone else get extremely nauseous and lose their appetite before every period? I get sick to my stomach about 8 days before my period and have to force myself to eat until my period comes

I always get SO sick. Migraines, nausea, vomiting. 
These have helped me immensely with nausea since I found them! Lifesavers when I have to go to work and feel like throwing up.

I get wicked bad cramps the week prior. And wicked cold also Nauseous it’s awful.
I recommend heat pads for cramps and ice cream. I know it’s not the best but it helps
