Hernia & pregnant

Anyone deal with having a umbilical hernia while pregnant and is dealing with one? What did your OB say? What did they do?

I had one for 8 years that I got fixed 2 years ago. I got it stitched not the mesh. And now I’m 19weeks pregnant and I am dealing with pain on the lower left side of my stomach near my belly button and now I’m getting pain when I touch my belly button really badly. I also notice when I eat my stomach swells and I feel/see a lump on the top of my belly button near where I had surgery before. I feel like it’s coming back. It’s very painful. What do I do and what should I expect?
