Anyone elses husband having trouble/anxiety/insomnia with state of the world right now?

Our relationship is solid. And he’s communicating with me but over the last 2/3 weeks his anxiety and insomnia has gone through the roof and got super bad this weekend. He’s made some calls and has a televisit scheduled tomorrow with a doctor for a referral to a therapist.

Right now he’s communicated that his stresses and anxieties are snowballing on top of each other - COVID, BLM (he’s black), loss of daily schedule with quarantine/work from home, concerns about his parents health, children (we have a 15m old and are expecting our second in 3m)...

Anyway this is all new for him and for me to be his support person through this.

Anyone dealt with this before. Any tips for a spouse?
