I just fell down the stairs while carrying my girl and am so freaked out and anxious. My feet slipping out from under me so I falling down on my backside. I just had one arm under her butt while carrying her and my other arm had been on the railing.

It was so scary and felt like slow mo! I think she is ok, she didn’t hit anything because I took all the impact BUT she got jerked pretty hard because she kind of started falling backwards since I just had one arm under her and nothing bracing her back. So her top half started falling back and kind of swung around before she snapped back to me when I got to the bottom of the stairs. She didn’t cry at all but I’m so worried she may have gotten whiplash or something and I wouldn’t know.

What should I look out for?? Any advice is appreciated this is the first time anything like this has happened 😢 💔
