So y’all after 3 stressful years I finally done it!!! Wanna know how? (What I believe) I’m small. 5’3 108 pounds. Hardly any fat. But all I ate was junk food. But the last two months I was hitting the gym like crazy to gain muscle bc that’s how I learned to gain weight. Changed my diet. No more pop. Mostly lemon water, sprite, basically soda without the caffeine and sugar. My period was 4 days late. Didn’t think until my friend told me to take a test which i did. And here are the results! No stupid faint lines!!!! It is positive and I am shocked for words. The feeling is remarkable. I wanted to share for those struggling. Just give this a try cut the pop, eat more protein and see!
