Hospital documents

My midwife gave me some documentation to fill out in case I would need surgery during or after labor and I might not be able to fill them in then & there..

So I'm filling in these documents..

And I come to the point where they ask me if I could be pregnant..

Well..

Obviously 🙄🤣

Then: if the answer is yes, please tell your doctor..

I'm assuming my midwife & obgyn will know I'm pregnant.. While I'm in L&D..

I'm now overthinking this..

What if I need surgery after delivery..

Would that still count as me being pregnant?
